Greek-Style Grilled Chicken Cutlets

What you need:

  • 8 pcs. thin chicken cutlets
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup olives
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 3 tbsps. olive oil
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste

Combine cheese, mint leaves, olives and tomatoes in a medium bowl. Upload 1 tbsp. Of olive oil and a sprint of salt and pepper. Toss to coat and set apart.   • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 8 corn tortillas

In a medium bowl, lime juice, oil, sugar and salt. Upload in cabbage, jalapeno, carrot and cilantro. Toss to coat and set apart. In a separate bowl, mix together garlic, oil, paprika, salt and pepper.
